Below are a few of our packages to support you from pregnancy through to performance.

Prenatal Birth Ready

Designed for the mom-to-be, this bundle is all about helping you stay active, feel confident and prepare for the main event. 

 

  • 2 Prenatal visits + Birth Prep Session at 35 weeks + 1 Postpartum Evaluation + 1 Postpartum Follow Up

  • Things we will cover!

    • Management of symptoms as they arise

    • Posture and movement assessment

    • Education on exercise modification throughout pregnancy 

    • Preparation for labor and delivery - including recommendations and laboring  positions to minimize birth trauma

    • Education on postpartum recovery: what to expect in the 1st 6 weeks after birth, exercises you can start doing in the 1st few days after delivery, how to prevent common postpartum issues (DRA, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pain, etc),

4th Trimester Wellness 

 

Designed for the new mom, this package is all about postpartum recovery and wellness following birth. This is the support you need after baby! Visits may start as early as 2 weeks postpartum - you don’t have to wait for OB clearance unless you are experiencing a high risk pregnancy or complications with delivery.   

 

  • 2 week Postpartum Virtual Consult

  • 4 week Postpartum Virtual Consult

  • 6 week Postpartum Comprehensive Evaluation (in - office)

  • 8 week  Postpartum Follow Up (in- office)

Perfect for those first few weeks while you are healing and don't want to leave the house.  Once you’re up for it, visits will transition to in-office - baby is always welcome!

  • Reconnect to your core with intention 

  • Cesarean or perineal scar management

  • Body mechanics for lifting/feeding, changing baby

  • Pelvic floor muscle examination (internal assessments) are not performed until after MD clearance at the 6 week postpartum visit

Strong-Her

For the mama who is ready to get back to her active lifestyle but is unsure where to start or needs tips on performance. Want to get back to running without leaking? Or lift heavier in the gym? Resume your post-baby life without "mom" symptoms? This package is for you!

  • 6 Follow Up visits

    • Posture analysis

    • Ready for Impact screening

Empow-Her

For those navigating a bit of a longer journey. This might be related to birth trauma, injury, chronic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, or simply further one-on-one guidance to reach your specific goals!

  • 10 Follow Up visits

    • Hands on, specialized care

    • Implementation of a complete home program

    • Return to previous activities post-baby

    • Hypopressive training

    • Learn the tools to manage symptoms

    • Progressive impact training
