We are proud to offer 1-on-1 home visits, however due to Covid-19 we  are recommending shifting this visit to virtual! 


This is for the brand new moms out there (<6 weeks postpartum).  You are healing, recovering, and have a newborn, so let us help you from the comfort of your own home so that you can thrive in the early weeks of motherhood.


Yes, even before you’ve had your 6 week visit! We'll walk you through all the things you need to know about the 4th Trimester, including safe postpartum exercises, optimal feeding postions, ideal ways to lift and carry your newborn, best practices for healing, and more!



Are you pressed for time? Is your child home sick so you can’t make your appointment in the office? Not local to Charleston? Is there a pandemic that never seems to end? 


We understand there may be times when you just can’t make it to the office. We offer virtual visits so that all moms can have access to quality time for themselves. 


These visits are done through a HIPAA-compliant video call so that we can go through your assessment, plan of care, and exercises virtually. 



Are you frustrated with ongoing pain, tired of leaking during a workout, wondering how you can improve labor and delivery?


This is a complementary session for moms who might be wondering how PT can help. 

In this conversation, you will have the opportunity to share what your goals are, what is getting in your way, what you've tried so far, and how you shine. Then, we'll create a clear path and strategy for how to get you there!
